I work through my studio, MDSW, as a B2B technical partner. MDSW takes on fractional CTO, founding engineer and applied AI engagements. If you are a founder or technical leader who wants to hand over a complex system, run your infrastructure for less, or bring AI into a regulated product, I would be glad to hear from you.

An engagement with MDSW ends when the company can run its technical side without me. MDSW works best when it can own a problem across the whole stack, especially where fintech, payments and AI meet. It is not a good fit for narrow, ticket-driven enterprise roles or heavy matrix organizations.
